Step by step
Buy & download
After buying the Scraper (or a bundle that includes it), open “Get the Tools” in your dashboard and download DispatchDataScraper.exe for Windows.
Sign in
Open the app and sign in with your Dispatch One email & password — the same login as the website. The tool works on one machine at a time.
Set your filters
Choose your source (FMCSA / Motus) and narrow it down: authority age (e.g. brand-new authorities), equipment type, state/region, and any keywords.
Run the pull
Start the scrape and watch the live counter as verified records and contacts come in. Duplicates are removed for you automatically.
Export your list
Export to Excel/CSV — ready to load straight into the Bulk Email Sender or your CRM.
Tips
- New-authority carriers are usually the warmest leads — filter for them.
- Keep filters tight for smaller, higher-quality lists.
- Export and reuse the same list across the Email Sender and CRM.
