These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Dispatch One (“Dispatch One”, “we”, “us”) for use of the website at dispatchone.pk, the Dispatcher CRM, the desktop tools, and the consultation service (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Dispatch One provides tools for trucking dispatchers: a web-based Dispatcher CRM, the Dispatch Data Scraper and Bulk Email Sender desktop apps, and an optional consultation. Features may be purchased individually or as a bundle.
Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
- The desktop tools are licensed for one machine at a time. To use them on another computer, close them on the first.
- Tell us right away at hello@dispatchone.pk if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
License
Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own dispatch business. You may not resell, redistribute, share, copy, reverse-engineer or sublicense the tools or your login.
Payments & subscriptions
- Prices are shown on our website in US dollars. Billing is arranged directly with you.
- Access continues while your subscription is active. If it isn't renewed, access to the paid features ends.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If something goes wrong, contact us — we'll try to make it right.
Acceptable use
You must use the Service lawfully and follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you're responsible for your own email outreach and for complying with all applicable anti-spam and data-protection laws in the places you operate and contact people.
Third-party data
The Scraper helps you gather publicly available carrier information (such as FMCSA and Motus data). You are responsible for using that data lawfully and respectfully. We don't guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party data.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and content, belongs to Dispatch One. The business data you enter remains yours.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee any particular results — for example, email deliverability, inbox placement, response rates, or business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dispatch One will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
