This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses Dispatch One. It exists to keep the Service safe, legal and effective for all dispatchers. Using the Service means you agree to follow it, alongside our Terms of Service.
Email outreach
The Bulk Email Sender is a professional B2B outreach tool. When you use it, you must:
- send only to legitimate business contacts for genuine dispatch/business purposes;
- use accurate “from”, “reply-to” and subject information — never deceptive headers;
- clearly identify yourself and your business in your messages;
- include a working way to opt out, and honor opt-outs promptly (the tool suppresses them automatically — don't work around it);
- comply with all anti-spam and data-protection laws that apply to you and your recipients (for example CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/PECR, and local laws).
You are solely responsible for the content you send and the lists you use.
Carrier data
Use carrier information gathered with the Scraper only for lawful, legitimate business outreach. Respect people's privacy and any requests to stop contacting them. Don't use the data for harassment, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.
Don't
- send spam, chain messages, or bulk unsolicited email that breaks the rules above;
- send illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, hateful, harassing or misleading content;
- impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- resell, redistribute, share or sublicense the tools, your login, or scraped data;
- attempt to break, overload, probe or bypass the security of the Service;
- use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
Consequences
If you break this policy, we may warn you, suspend, or terminate your access — and, for serious or illegal misuse, we may be required to cooperate with authorities. We may act without notice where necessary to protect the Service or others.
